This **Behavior Analyst Trainee (BAT)** position will be responsible for providing high quality supervision to early intervention ABA programs in our Chandler clinic. You will receive experience/supervision in accordance with the requirements of the BACB.

**Required Qualifications for BATs**:

- Completed or enrolled in a graduate course sequence that meets BACB requirements
- At least 2 years experience providing direct ABA services as a BT/RBT or equivalent
- Experience conducting ABA assessments, FBAs, and parent training
- Experience training direct providers using Behavioral Skills Training (BST)

**Required Documents/ Training Certifications**:

- Article 9 Training
- CPR/First Aid
- Level 1 Fingerprint Card
- Valid Driver’s License
- Valid Auto Insurance and Registration
