Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate financial records using Quickbooks accounting with class tracking
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Process accounts payable reconciling invoices and packing slips prior to payment
- Reconcile accounts receivable transactions with insurance Explanation of Benefits
- Conduct double-entry bookkeeping to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Prepare bi-weekly payroll
- Monthly journal entries and financial reports

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in bookkeeping or related field
- Familiarity with balance sheet reconciliation and bank reconciliation processes
- Proficiency in Quickbooks accounting software
- Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles
- Experience in accounting for small businesses is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
