Summary:
- The primary purpose of the Accounting Operations Processor is to provide assistance across the Accounting Operations department as needed. Daily task could include requesting certificates of insurance, requesting vendor setups for landlords, assisting with gathering information for estoppel’s, subordination, non-disturbance, and attornment agreement (SNDA), processing invoices, and various other tasks. This position reports to the Senior Director of Accounting Operations._
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Lease Administration, AP, and Payroll departments to assist in various data
processing tasks.
- Submit new vendor or address update requests from landlords as needed and maintain appropriate
documentation.
- Coordinate with landlords, AP, IT and Treasury the testing of initial vendor ACH.
- Work with the manager of Lease Administration to prepare SNDA’s and estoppel’s.
- Assist with any request for information from Auditors, and Accounting team.
- Organize mail related to landlord statements, defaults, and vendor updates.
- Process Certificate of Insurance requests.
- Process merchandise, expense, and travel invoices.
- Assist Payroll with the processing of reimbursements.
Qualifications:
- Excellent Word & Excel skills.
- Must possess excellent managerial, analytical, organizational and business communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Be dependable and have a good work ethic with a positive can-do attitude.
- Retail experience a plus.
- Lucernex, SAP, Workday experience a plus.
- Four-year undergraduate degree in business related field a plus.

Hourly Range: $20.91 - $24.04
