As a Manufacturing Transformation Director, you will impact the success of Industrial Fire Products & Solutions by effectively influencing a matrixed team of experienced professionals and vendors to expand commercial operations and manufacturing in various global regions. You will develop and execute strategic and operational plans that include transfer of work, manufacturing localization, and acquisition consolidation, in addition to responding to complex inquiries, and ensuring quality of work across the business. In addition, you will project manage Operational Excellence activities, including high-level manufacturing analysis and program development.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and influence a team of intermediate or experienced professionals and set medium-term operational plans for team.
- Establish and execute a long-term manufacturing strategy across Carrier's Industrial Fire business.
- Spearhead the development of the capacity management process, including identification of capacity gaps to ensure successful execution of customer demands in support of SIOP.
- Lead, support and ensure productivity projects meet yearly Factory productivity goals.
- Develop and manage programs to assist internal staff, suppliers, customers, and partners with initiatives to reengineer processes and methods that adequately assure quality of an organization's products.
- Oversee internal Cx/lean training and coaching and facilitate excellence events.
- Ensure and enable Cx site & Cell certifications.
- Recommend process and procedural changes to ensure that company objectives in the areas of cost, efficiency, and quality are met.
- Provides process certification, PFMEA, 8D Problem Solving & Red-X and UPPAP element support and training.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years of experience implementing business strategies and initiatives
- 5+ years of experience in business transformation
- 8+ years of management experience
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Advanced level skills developing analysis in Excel, PowerBI and/or MS Access; SQL Data base or Queries.
- Master’s Degree
- 10+ years’ experience in Manufacturing
- Experience with localization and international TOW (Transfer of Work)
- Expertise in driving business process improvement initiative
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Result driven mindset with the ability to work cross functionally.
- Strategy analytics background and PFEP (planned for every part) experience.
