**Responsibilities**:

- Operate the skip loader with gannon attachment to perform precise grading and finishing of surfaces according to project specifications.
- Conduct pre-operation inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify any maintenance or repair needs.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, supervisors, and other team members to coordinate work activities and ensure project goals are met.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to promote a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating skip loader equipment with gannon attachment in a construction or similar setting.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting grading plans and project specifications.
- Strong understanding of grading techniques and the ability to achieve precise finish grades.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Certification or training in heavy equipment operation preferred.
- Familiarity with GPS or laser-guided grading systems is advantageous.
