**Responsibilities**:

- Perform finishing work on ABC (Aggregate Base Course) surfaces, ensuring smoothness and uniformity.
- Work between curbs, ensuring proper grading and alignment according to project specifications.
- Repair and patch any imperfections or irregularities in surfaces as needed.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate workflow and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Adhere to project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working as a finish blade hand, with specific experience working between curbs, preferred.
- Knowledge of finishing techniques and the ability to achieve smooth and uniform surfaces.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to undergo training and obtain necessary certifications as required.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and travel to different job sites as needed.
