**Compensation**:
$100,000

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop effective negotiation strategies to successfully close contracts with Buyers' Agents
- Present concise and clear selling points and suggested asking prices to sellers
- Generate new leads and business opportunities specifically tailored to the market
- Keep clients engaged by providing routine reports on the status of their listings to enhance customer satisfaction and increase referrals

**Qualifications**:
**_ Must live in Maryland to qualify. Work will be a hybrid or remote and meeting buyers and sellers in your nearby area in the US._**
- Active Real Estate License or have the ability to get licensed - No Experience Necessary
- Passionate about selling
- Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
- Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
