**Job Summary and Qualifications**:
**What You Will Do In Your Role**:

- You will consistently operate the Respiratory Care service line within established fiscal guidelines of the facility.
- You will focus on building relationships with physicians, hospital leadership, and community leaders to support service line goals.
- You will provide clinical support to the Respiratory staff.
- You will demonstrate team work, adaptability, and serve as a resource to the Cardiopulmonary Team.

**What qualifications you will need**:

- Graduate of an accredited school for Respiratory Care is required. Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- Licensed in Texas as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) is required.
- 3 years of clinical experience required. Must have experience is an acute care setting to include ED and ICU. Manager experience is preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP are required.
