Project Coordinator Intern

- **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:_
- Track incoming project/service/inspection documentation. Review for completeness.
- Follow up with installation, service or inspection crews on incomplete documentation.
- Electronically record and file documents with emphasis on accuracy, consistency and in accordance with Elite ICT standards.
- Maintain regular communication with the team to ensure that all documents are being received, reviewed and uploaded, timely.
- All other duties as assigned.
- **Preferred Job Qualifications**:_
- Strong computer skills with MS Office and Project Scheduling programs
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Excels at time management and is organized and detail-oriented.
- Works well in a fast-paced workplace and is good at multi-tasking.
- Safeguards confidential information and is discreet.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (required)

Work Location: In person
