Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize HRIS systems such as Paylocity, SAP, and Ceridian to maintain employee records, process payroll, and generate reports
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns and recommend appropriate actions
- Collaborate with managers to address performance management issues and develop improvement plans
- Support organizational change initiatives by providing guidance on change management strategies
- Oversee the recruitment process for both internal and external positions
- Manage social media platforms for recruitment purposes

**Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Paylocity, SAP, Ceridian, and Salesforce
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated experience in training development and delivery
- Familiarity with social media management for recruitment purposes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $87,017.09 - $104,794.77 per year
