**Position Summary**

The Logistic Coordinator processes orders and oversees the cycle of order fulfillment. This position is responsible for ensuring supplies, stock, materials, packages, and/or products are processed efficiently and safely through the delivery and/or warehouse system efficiently and safely.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another.
- Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand.
- Receive products and coordinate deliveries.
- Prepare loads for shipment.
- Adhere to quality control standards.
- Ensure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels.
- Manage activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met.
- Oversee inventory of goods and vehicles.
- Continually review freight costs, transportation rates, and/or raw materials prices to minimize costs.
- Streamline shipping and transportation processes.
- Perform additional duties as required.

- Associate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience as a Logistic Coordinator
- Forklift experience preferred.

- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Excel
- Ability to learn and adapt to various operating systems and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to probe and identify root causes of issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and understand connections.
- Ability to work independently, as well as to collaborate in a team environment, strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize workload and determine the priority of tasks to be completed; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to recognize opportunities for process improvement.

**Language Skills**:

- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
