Temporary Veterinarian for Progressive Animal

Want to work in an 11,000 square foot historic bank building that has been renovated to house a veterinary hospital, dog day care and boarding facility? We are looking for a temporary Veterinarian from June-September 2024, due to our current doctor going on maternity leave.

**Our clinic**

Our facility features state-of-the-art surgical, dental and veterinary procedure areas. The surgical suite is located in the original main vault. At this privately owned practice we go to great lengths to make the process much more convenient and enjoyable for our clients and their pets. Our clinic prides itself on our “no waiting room policy”, client education and patient wellness strategies. We are a five doctor paperless practice with lots of space for boarding, dog daycare and growth. We are looking for a compassionate, friendly, dedicated part-time or full-time Veterinarian to join our Bridgeport Veterinary Hospital family

Responsibilities and perks include:

- Responsible for all medical, surgical and dental procedures (depending on experience)
- Work with the managing veterinarian and Office Manager to provide excellent customer service and patient care
- Be an ambassador for the hospital: participate in community outreach
- Professional liability coverage
- VMD, DVM or equivalent degree
- A current Pennsylvania veterinary license
- A will to provide our patients with excellent medical care

Pay: $100.00 - $150.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

- Bridgeport, PA 19405: Relocate before starting work (required)
