**Job Type**: Part Time with Opportunity for additional hours

Location: Whitehouse Station, NJ

Pay: $16-18 an hour

Training available at Location

Job Responsibilities:

- Answer multi-line phone calls with a smile and direct the caller to the appropriate party or handle the caller's needs yourself.
- Greet Patients upon arrival, check them in, obtain insurance information and collect any other necessary data.
- Provide Intake paperwork to New Patients.
- Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients based on Physical Therapist Availability
- Maintain hard copy patient records, as well as files stored in our EHR (Electronic Health Records)
- Call Insurances for patient benefits.
- Send out Authorizations for Patient's Insurance
- Provide patients with Support, Compassion and guidance as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 28 per week

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- No weekends

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (required)

Work Location: In person
