**WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?**

As an On-Call Day Habilitation Aide, your role is dynamic and impactful. You deliver attentive care, skillful teaching, and essential support while evaluating programmatic services. Your role includes transporting, accompanying, and supporting individuals to various destinations including home, medical, dental, and psychiatric appointments, as well as leisure activities.

You're an expert in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI). You help with crisis assessment, prevention, and necessary intervention. Additionally, your commitment extends to attending pool and gym sessions with individuals, contributing to their overall well-being, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment. **WHAT'S NEEDED**

We're looking for someone who can work on call Monday - Friday while meeting the following qualifications:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record of at least 6 months
- Ability to pass van driving in-service
- Ability to maintain and conduct functional life skill, behavioral, and therapeutic programs
- Ability to collect data and maintain records as established within the day program
