We currently have openings for **Cold Storage Fulfillment Specialists** to join our amazing team where you'll be on the front lines contributing to awesome member experiences That same experience applies to co-workers, the community, and our vendors.

**Initial Schedule**: Monday - Thursday, from 6:00AM - 4:30PM Schedule will transition to **Tuesday - Friday, from 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist in the Receiving area by unloading freight, breaking down pallets, separating items, inspect, audit, scan and stow away with safety, care, and speed.
- Confirm product integrity, checking for overages, shortages, or damage.
- Must be willing to work in a cold / freezer work environment.
- Must be comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -10 degrees to 40 degrees Fahrenheit and outside ambient temperatures (including heat and cold).
- Perform other duties as assigned with the flexibility to rotate to other departments and work extended hours, as necessary.
- Verify the accuracy of incoming shipments by comparing items and quantities unloaded against bills of lading, invoices, manifests, storage receipts, or other records.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Prior logistics, fulfillment and/or industry experience (preferred)
- High attention to detail and **accuracy required**.
- Must be able to count and compute math.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time, frequently reaching with hands and arms, twisting, bending, stooping, squatting, lifting and carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.
- Experience with hand-held scanners (preferred)
- Dedicated to quality and high standards

- Motivated, reliable, and a self-starter who can work independently or with a team

**JOB INFORMATION**
- Compensation Description - The hourly rate for this position is $16.50 per hour, plus a $1 shift differential.
- Total Compensation includes Base Salary, Stock Options, Health & Wellness Benefits, Accrued PTO, and more

Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
