**Job Description** PAY RATE: $18.35 + $0.50 shift premium**

**Shift: 3am
- 11:30am**
- Oversee and monitor all kitchen operations and provide direction, guidance and assistance to cooks and cooks assistance
- Monitor all kitchen processing operations; maintain the efficient flow of the production process to meet the planned production rates.
- Administer supplies, ensuring correct materials and quantities are delivered to the appropriate area and/or removed as scheduled.
- Monitor fill and assure constant communication with production to maintain adequate amounts of fill and to minimize left over fill.
- Provide training for new hires/transfers and on-going, remedial or updated training for existing employees as needed.
- Ensure changeovers, run offs and set ups are performed as outlined in the SOP.
- Ensure the work area is clear and clean, monitor mix kettles and the daily equipment maintenance and ensure trash is placed in the proper receptacles. Disassemble and clean the machine parts at the end of the shift or when necessary.
