SSARCO of TX, PLLC has an immediate opening for an experienced Architectural Revit Drafter, for our office in downtown Dallas. This is an IN-OFFICE position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

SSARCO is a Dallas-based Architecture firm, founded in 2022 by Scott Sower, focused on delivering quality projects for a dedicated group of clients. We specialize in the luxury automotive, fitness center, hospitality (country club) market sectors, but work on a broad range of project types.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Valid Revit certification: Autodesk Revit Certified Professional
- Bachelor's degree in architecture (preferred)
- 3 - 5 years' experience of Revit experience in an Architecture firm
- Effectively use Bluebeam and Bluebeam Studio Sessions.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on attention and detail oriented.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Civil, Landscape, Structural, and MEP consultants.

**Responsibilities**:

- Document preparation and editing using Autodesk Revit.
- Create, update, and maintain architectural drawings and incorporate redlines and field markups into drawings.
- Create and set up view templates in Revit® BIM (Building Information Modeling) software.
- Use built-in Revit® BIM (Building Information Modeling) software product tags and automatic keynotes for consistency.
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team developing plan sets (organize layouts, develop details, plan views, etc.).
- Develop quality products, using industry and client standards.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
