We are currently seeking a full-time Sales Assistant-Wholesale. The Sales Assistant will support our wholesale sales team with project management, wholesale marketing, and sales follow up. This role may include event participation and trade show attendance and is geared towards an individual who is extremely detail oriented, organized, and willing to step into various projects simultaneously. This position will work closely with the Senior Director of Sales to ensure all initiatives are communicated and executed.

**POSITION DETAIL**

Position Title: Sales Assistant - Wholesale

Department: SALES

Position Type: Full Time / Hourly Non-Exempt / Hourly Rate $28.00 - $30.00

Reporting To: Senior Director of Sales

Position Location: Headquarters, Costa Mesa, CA

Schedule: Hybrid Partial Remote In Office 80% / 20% Remote

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide support and communicate product information to our team of sales reps and internal staff
- SMU Project Management
- Involved in the daily maintenance and communication of SMU’s between design, sales, production, and planning
- Liaison between B2Z and wholesale
- Responsible for management of all steps of SMU process and execution
- Management of internal SMU documents ensuring all information is updated and correct
- Wholesale Marketing

Bridge between marketing and sales for wholesale related needs. Help with project management to ensure information is streamlined and all projects get executed on time and correctly
- Windows
- Images/Lightboxes
- Events/GWP’s
- Additional ideas and rep needs
- Shop Collectives

Responsible for maintaining and updating all information on our existing Shop Collectives
- Coordination of Visual Merchandising Re-Caps
- Monthly Section Images
- Images/Lightbox Seasonal updates
- Wholesale Sales

Monthly best-selling meeting recaps
- Responsible for scheduling of meeting, roundup of samples, and setup of showroom/meeting area

Weekly Reporting

Wholesale Project Management
- Assist in all projects or ideas to create the generation of sales - this would include
- Compilation of information
- Creation of action steps to appropriate parties with detailed expectations and due dates
- Follow up on action steps to full completion of project

Assist in planning and organizing trade shows.
- Project
- Coterie
- Run/Manage Trade Show Reports
- Own Trade Show calendar
- Keeping this up to date at all times
- Sharing/Publishing to Company Department Heads
- Attend trade shows as necessary and assist where needed

**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

**QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**
- 2+ year of experience in similar role
- Highly organized - project management experience a plus
- Experience with Asana a plus
- Computer savvy, knowledgeable and experienced with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc) as well as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe)
- Self-starter, problem solver, and able to juggle numerous tasks at once
- Team player that can work well with numerous cross-functional teams
- Experience working with a fashion brand preferred
- Attention to detail

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIORNMENT**
- Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, utilize hand and finger dexterity
- Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl
- Occasionally work near moving mechanical parts
- While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
- This employee must frequently lift and /or move more than 20-40 pounds
- Specialized equipment, machines, or vehicles used: laptop, copy machine, steamer, rental cars
