**Business Service Assist -CSI**
**Responsibilities**
- Assists CSI associates with tasks outside of normal responsibilities outside of normal responsibilities.
- Customer support.
- Receives, verifies, sorts, prepares, and delivers all mail/materials.
- Processes and delivers stock orders to all departments.
- Safeguards all materials until signatures and proper documentation is obtained from department.
- Opens and directs all improperly addressed mail to the appropriate departments.
- Opens and directs all “returned” mail.
- Processes all hand stuffing of letters.
- Prepares, documents, and maintains department records of materials being received and shipped.
- Adheres to all company and department policies and procedures.
- Ensures consistent and effective flow of communication.
- High School diploma or GED
- 5 Years related work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of company personnel.
- Must be self-motivated and able to perform varied tasks with mínimal supervision
- Basic computer skills needed
