Territory includes: Northern PA, Northern NJ, NY, CT, RI, MA
Desired Location: Albany NY, Scranton PA, Hartford CT
**Responsibilities**
- Develop sales plan for assigned territory identifying target customers and distributors.
- Travel the territory to generate new business and convert competitive business.
- Conduct sales meetings and training sessions for distributors in your territory.
- Meet your quarterly sales targets.
**Requirements**:
- Track record of outside sales success in industrial marketplace (safety industry preferred).
- Entrepreneurial mindset -- able to run a territory likes it's your own business.
- Hunter mentality -- able to gain new clients and grow existing business.
- Solid product-based sales experience -- able to sell benefits and value vs price.
- Successful experience managing and growing a large or multi-state territory.
- Experience working with distributors to sell and promote products.
- Proficiency with CRM systems to track and maintain opportunities.
- Able to travel 8-10 nights / month.
Compensation: base + bonus + company car + expenses + employee benefits.
Estimated first year earnings: $110,000 - $120,000
