As the Quality Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring overall quality management, compliance, and continuous improvement across various domains, including program support, cybersecurity, end user support, and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management processes, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., program support, cybersecurity, end user support, infrastructure) to ensure consistent quality across all domains.
- Monitor and evaluate service performance against established SLAs.
- Conduct regular audits, reviews, and inspections to identify process gaps and non-conformities.
- Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality-related matters.
- Maintain documentation related to quality processes and improvements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, quality management, business administration) or higher.
- Proven experience in quality management, preferably in an IT services environment.
- Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, CMMI) and quality frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired Requirements:
- Certification in quality management (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma)
- Familiarity with statistical process controls (SPCs) and data analysis tools.
- Experience with Azure DevOps Boards or similar project management tools.
- Understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles.
- Ability to lead process improvement initiatives.
- Prior experience working with government contracts or agencies.
