Allierad is looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, multifaceted IT technician. The individual in this roll will provide remote end-user support while managing client's IT infrastructure including Workstations, Servers, Switches, Storage devices, Routers, Firewalls, VM infrastructure and Mobile Devices. This position will be in office while occasionally requiring on-site travel to support our clients.

Must have experience with the following:

- Microsoft server/desktop operating systems
- Networking, Firewalls, Switches and Wireless networks.
- Storage and backup technologies
- Documentation and reporting

Not required but preferred experience with:

- ConnectWise Manage Working in an MSP environment utilizing RMM tools
- Design and implementation of IT solutions.
- Setting up and maintaining VMware Virtual infrastructure and or Hyper-V.
