**We are looking for a dedicated individual with previous customer service experience to join our NYC-based team as a Client Success Representative**

** This position is currently remote, with future plans to return to in-person operations at our Manhattan office in Midtown. Access to reliable Wi-Fi/internet is required. **

This position will report directly to the Executive Team and will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support our customers, ensuring their success on our platform and providing an open channel of communication for questions, feedback and issues.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Act as point-person for troubleshooting and fielding customer and talent inquiries (e.g., questions, complaints, escalated issues as appropriate)
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Engineers, Senior Management) to address customers’ needs
- Assist with ongoing operations and data entry
- Assist Sales team by identifying up-selling and/or cross-selling services and products
- Track key account metrics for self-service platform customers (e.g., success KPIs)
- Report customer feedback and collaborate with Product team to continually evolve solutions
- Stay current with competitive landscape
- Execute targeted campaigns to maintain customer satisfaction and provide proactive support
- Recommend new strategies to improve customer retention

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- A minimum of two (2) years of previous experience in a customer service or account management role (e.g., Client Relations, Customer Service Department, etc.)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field
- A proven track record of exceeding customer satisfaction goals
- A positive, customer-oriented attitude
- Creative problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written
- Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g., customer satisfaction)
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Ability to work well in an open office, team environment
- Keen understanding of the hospitality industry nuances is a plus
