General handyman skills

- Snow plowing and heavy equipment experience a plus.
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, and carpentry is preferred.

Company truck and tools provided while on site. Uniforms provided.

Must be willing to work in all types of weather and have a flexible schedule to allow for overtime as required. Must have can do attitude, be a team player, and able to work with mínimal supervision.

Work 8 hours per day. Weekends as needed for special events. Snow plowing is required as needed outside of the normal hours. Overtime pay will be provided for work after hours.

Must be able to push a min. of 100 lbs., lift a min. of 50 lbs. and climb all types of ladders.

Bend at the waist, sitting, kneeling, laying horizontally, climbing, walking, etc. as job may require.

Must have a valid Driver’s license and a clean driving record. Fluency in English both written and spoken required, bi-lingual a plus.

Competitive salary offered. Full-time employees are eligible for full benefit package to include medical, dental, vacation, retirement plan, and paid holidays.

Background check, drug screening, and proof of clean driving record required for position.
