**Responsibilities: Essential Duties**
- Interacts with external and internal customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services.
- Process orders, forms, and request. Resolve or escalate customer complaints requests. Track orders through SAP.
- Communicate problems/information between sales representatives, manufacturing personnel and customer. Extremely important as many of our products are made to order and are not stocked in finished goods inventory.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the proper methods and tools.
- Report product complaints in accordance with Quality Management System.
- Provide pricing and delivery information. Generate deliveries and coordinate with the distribution warehouse accordingly.
- Set up new customer accounts in Salesforce.
- Create and maintain pricing contracts in SAP.
- Create Pro Forma Invoices and commercial invoices, if necessary.
- Assists with the generation of sales and performance reports, where applicable.
- Assist BIS Commercial Organization to ensure all consignment agreements meet corporate compliance guidelines. - May solicit sale of new products.
