- **
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Visit various SUS office locations throughout the 5 boroughs of NYC to deliver, install and troubleshoot on-site technical issues.
- Familiarity with general end user device and wiring troubleshooting. MS Office Suite, Windows 10 to latest, Windows Active Directory (AD), Network Wiring, Printer/Copier support, Desk Phone, Remote and in-person support, ticketing system, Wifi
- Ability to take initiative and be proactive in resolving issues using standardized practices.
- Responsible for Active Directory maintenance (add users, change passwords etc.)

Qualifications:
**_ REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE _**
- Driver’s license and comfortable driving company vehicle
- Technical degree or Certifications preferred in related field
- 1-2+ years’ experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
- Position is daily remote field work M-F and will require on site visits for training and special projects as needed
