**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in SolidWorks, Gibbscam, CAD, CNC, and other machining software
- Strong knowledge of shop operations and manufacturing processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lead a team effectively and foster a positive work environment
- Prior experience in a supervisory role is preferred
- Must have thorough knowledge of all areas of CNC manufacturing including 4 and 5 axis machining.
- Strong leader and team member with good communication skills who is willing to mentor subordinates.
- Needs ability to solve complex, close tolerance machine problems while proofing CNC programs.
- Experienced in cycle time reduction and job optimization of small to medium production lots.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Must be dedicated to understanding and then exceeding customer expectations with on time delivery and first time quality.
- Be willing to work overtime as required to meet production schedules.
- Willing to accept bonuses as company profits from collective team efforts.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
