This position is a full-time position that will provide administrative support for executive leadership, as well as, instrumental in providing support to our clients and their families, in our IOP/PHP Clinic in Livingston, NJ.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with marketing materials and strategic planning as assigned
- Responsible for responding to all incoming calls. This position may be responsible for providing information to families and referral sources about our services.
- Participate in team meetings as necessary.
- Coordinate and facilitate family and referral partner tours.
- Handling and ordering all supplies needed for the office.
- Handling all outgoing mail and the postage account.
- Assist in the facilitation of program events.
- Facilitate with admissions processes.
- Coordinate and distribute student and family outcome data.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Well organized and detail oriented
- Committed to accurate and timely completion of work
- Skilled with Microsoft Office suites or tech savvy.
- Ability to develop efficient processes.
- Ability to prioritize work and follow tasks through to completion.

**Education and Experience**:
The **Executive Assistant** should have** previous administrative, receptionist or office management experience **in **health care agency **or** related field**. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

**Experience as a project coordinator is a plus**
