**Job Summary and Qualifications**:
**What you will do in this role**:

- You will demonstrate clinical proficiency in all areas of respiratory therapy including basic knowledge of bedside assessment, proper use of equipment, and mastery with patient driven protocols.
- You will be proficient with common respiratory disease management for adult, pediatric and neonatal patients in acute and alternate care settings.
- You will have excellent leadership abilities.
- You will demonstrate team work, adaptability, and serve as a resource to the patient care team.

**What qualifications you will need**:

- Graduate of an AMA approved Respiratory Therapy program required. Bachelor of Science degree in Respiratory Care preferred.
- Credentialed as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in the state of Texas is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory and/or lead experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Current BLS Certification is required.
- ACLS, PALS, and NRP are preferred.
