Austin Face and Body, formerly known as Austin Oculofacial Plastics, was founded by Dr. Sean Paul with the goal of providing outstanding care in eyelid and facial plastic surgery to the Austin area. Dr. Paul is a board-certified physician and surgeon specializing in eyelid and facial plastic surgery. He uses a blended approach of non-surgical treatments and surgery to provide the best patient care. Austin Face and Body is committed to delivering exceptional results and personalized care to their patients. The company currently offers services in eyelid surgery, facial plastic surgery, body and breast surgery, and hair restoration. Additionally this would include all medical spa inquiries.

Role Description

This is a full-time Sales / Leads Coordinator role with Austin Face and Body located in Austin, TX. This is a hybrid role, allowing for some remote work. The Sales / Leads Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team. The role includes managing and organizing lead generation efforts, communicating with potential clients, and assisting with sales operations. The Sales / Leads Coordinator will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Qualifications**:
Sales Coordination, Sales, and Sales Operations skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Experience in managing and organizing lead generation efforts

Ability to work effectively in a team

Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Experience in the healthcare or beauty industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Position will be primarily commission based and requires attention to detail to care for all leads in a personalized fashion

Focus will be on conversion of inquiries to pre-vetted surgical appointments

Spanish speaking is a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
