The Territory Sales Manager position is responsible for business development and sales growth with new and existing clients. Applicants must reside within Chicago metro area.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of plumbing preferred
- Previous outside sales experience is necessary
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills are a must
- Team player and "can-do" attitude
- Provide a high level of professionalism and customer service
- Strong organization, written and verbal communication
- Experience with in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PPT, SharePoint.)
- Competence with SalesForce (or other CRM)
- Comfortable presenting/speaking in front of groups
- Valid driver’s license

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high level professionalism and customer service maintaining great customer relationships, with existing and new customers.
- Attain deep understanding of our products
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Ability to give sales presentations
- Responsiveness ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain travel schedule
- Ability to follow up and stay organized
- Travel required within local territory with 30-40% travel

Pay: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
