As a Territory Sales Manager at our client's company, you will have the opportunity to transition into outside sales within the Chicagoland area. This role is ideal for candidates with 1 year of business development experience who are looking to take their career to the next level in a dynamic sales environment. You will play a pivotal role in expanding their customer base, maintaining relationships with existing clients and achieving sales targets in this key market. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills. Territory Sales Manager Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand market share within the Chicagoland territory Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and cold calling Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors and partners Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate potential clients on the features and benefits of our client's ice machines Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns tailored to the market to drive sales growth Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts specific to the Chicagoland territory to track progress and performance against targets Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and market insights within the Chicagoland area Territory Sales Manager Requirements: 1+ year of business development experience, preferably in a related industry Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and colleagues Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a high level of self-motivation and drive Willingness to travel within the Chicagoland territory as needed Reliable transportation is required Territory Sales Manager Benefits: Competitive salary and uncapped commission structure ($80k OTE) Monthly Car Allowance Comprehensive health benefits package Opportunities for career advancement and professional development Dynamic and collaborative work environment If you are a motivated individual with business development experience and are looking to transition into outside sales within the Chicagoland market, we want to hear from you Thank you, Jack Wolf Project Manager LaSalle Network LaSalle Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer m/f/d/v.
