**Job Summary**:
We are looking for motivated and reliable Commercial Solar Apprentices who are ready to engage in laborious, hard work in outdoor conditions. This role requires wearing hard hats, long sleeve shirts, vests, and work boots 100% of the time. Occasionally, you may be allowed to work on inverters, switchboards, or other electrical components under the strict supervision of a Journeyman Electrician, but this is not guaranteed. We need apprentices willing to do the hard work without complaining

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carry, hoist, and lift solar panels weighing 25-35 lbs, along with other electrical components.
- Walk up staircases, and ladders, and work on rooftops.
- Use impact guns and hand tools.
- Band, strap, and palletize solar panels.
- Pull and terminate electrical wires.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or GED
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and construction principles
- Ability to work at heights and in outdoor conditions
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols and regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in construction or electrical work
- Knowledge of solar energy systems and components
- Completion of relevant coursework or training programs in solar installation
- OSHA 10 Certification
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification

**Physical Demands**:
Job will require working in outdoor weather conditions, mainly on construction sites.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:
