**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:
We are seeking a professional who has an organic interest and passion for creating and distributing exciting, entertaining media that strongly influences our consumer base to purchase and enjoy our products.

Being a good “People Person” is critical to success in this career.

**Your Primary Job Responsibilities**:

- **Required Travel**:You will be required to travel to trade shows on an as needed basis to augment the team with set up, operation, and tear down of booths as well as interfacing with foot traffic in a motivated and professional manner.
- **Content Production Assistance**:Intermittently we take photos of various company members for photos shoots of lifestyle photography. Assisting with graphic design, photo shoots, video shoots, merchandise design, etc. You would be required to participate in these functions. They are also fun but important.

**Your personality traits**:

- The ability to consistently follow through with projects and take them from concept to completion per deadlines (this is extremely important).
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Strong capability in capturing dynamic and rich content in both still photo and video clips.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills both inside (the company) and outside (content distribution).
- Respect for company directives from upper management, and peers.
- A positive teamwork attitude that focuses on meeting company objectives/directives.
- Willingness to go beyond your scope of work in order to achieve team and
company success.

**YOUR EXPERIENCE**:

- Basic knowledge of firearms and firearms products is preferred**.**
- Formally trained in an educational environment on photo & video as well as the Adobe Creative Suite (graduated from an accredited program (BS in Digital Arts or similar field).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design - able to complete small print projects, make business cards, etc.
- Understanding of how to implement lighting, motion capabilities, etc. (lightboxes, studio lighting, flash’s, gimbals, gantry’s etc.).

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
