**Responsibilities**:

- Installation and service of new machines
- Traveling to customer sites to install new machines and controls for customers (Company provided vehicle & gas for travel paid by the company)
- Providing training for customers
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations
- Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine attachments
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
- Make adjustments to machine settings as necessary, perform maintenance, to maintain product quality
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and conformance to specifications and ensuring accurate documentation
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in operating and servicing CNC machines in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Experience with coordinate measuring machines (CMM) is a plus
- Welding experience is a plus
- Good mechanical skills
