**This is a unique opportunity for a Project Manager to join a thriving Communications Department that supports an established non-profit organization at an exciting time in its storied history.**

The position is hybrid, with 3 days onsite in our beautiful Tarrytown, NY office. Tarrytown is a 45-minute reverse commute from Grand Central station on Metro North, along the Hudson River.

**Responsibilities**

The Sun River Health Communications Dept. supports the organization’s network of 48 health centers on multiple fronts including creative, ad buys, social, web, signage, and outreach. The Project Manager will work with the department to plan, execute, and deliver multiple projects simultaneously, according to defined timelines and within budget.
- Manage request queue (issues, updates, maintenance, compliance) in Asana, the department’s PM platform. The request queue consists of all requests for materials, including digital and print materials, mailing, signage, and other areas, from Sun River Health staff and leaders
- Track project of all Communications projects
- Calculate and push out dependencies to marketing & communications staff, accounting for intradepartmental schedules and objectives, vendor response and schedules, and org-wide objectives related to Communications departmental goals, so that projects and tasks can be rank-ordered according to organizational priority
- Coordinate Communications team on a weekly basis including individual and interdepartmental schedules and objectives
- Creative and strategic contribution to Communications team
- Track Communications budgets and metrics, and provide data as running support for Communications team in strategic and creative meetings

**Skills And Experience**

- Familiarity with Asana or similar platform
- Conversant Spanish speaker welcome
- Non-profit experience helpful but not required
