Join the vibrant team at Kate Ryan Event Rentals We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Event Rentals Delivery and Setup Specialist to help us continue providing impeccable service and maintaining the highest standards in event rentals. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for the event and hospitality industry who thrives in a dynamic, physically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Delivery and Transport: Safely transport event rentals to and from venues. Ensure that all items are well-wrapped and protected to prevent damage during transit.

Collaboration and Preparation: Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure all rentals are prepared, packed, and ready for delivery, maintaining their pristine condition.

Setup and Presentation: Carefully and skillfully deliver and set up event rentals at venues. Ensure proper placement, alignment, and presentation of each item.

Quality Control: Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure all items are free from defects and are arranged neatly and straight.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by interacting positively with event planners, coordinators, and other personnel to ensure their satisfaction with our services.

Must-Have Qualifications:
Significant experience in the event or hospitality industry.

Ability to drive and operate a 26ft box truck safely.

Exceptional attitude and work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs.

Professional personal appearance.

Strong customer relation skills.
