1. 20+ years experience with IBM hardware and software, including writing software, especially in Python
2. 5+ years experience with IBM VPCNG hardware bringup, test, vendor relationships, and compliance, including VPCNG Firmware Governance
3. 5+ years experience with IBM VPCNG switch deployment and support, including writing python code to generate switch configuration files
4. In depth understanding of the IBM Poughkeepsie and DAL QZ2 Development environments as well as the IBM Cloud datacenters worldwide.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
1. Experience with internal and external audit response
2. Experience with IBM compliance processes and tools
3. Experience with IBM VPCNG and datacenter network switch topology
