**Who we are**

HII-Mission Technologies is looking for a **Staffing Solution Architect** to join the team This employee will be responsible for providing compliant and compelling staffing proposal responses in response to commercial and U.S. government solicitation requirements. This position will be based out of our Fairfax, VA location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Write staffing plans and staffing rationale.
- Work with Human Resources and Pricing Teams in developing detailed staffing solutions and works with IT staff to automate functions as necessary.
- Work as part of a collaborative team to clearly articulate the staffing strategy and solution, that supports HII's approach to performing the work.
- Compile data from various sources (Resume databases, RFP/TOR requirements etc.) in building comprehensive staffing profiles by task.
- Write clear, persuasive, and articulate proposal sections; translates complex ideas into easily understandable text.
- Develop and implement process improvements to help improve proposal quality.

**What you need to have**:

- 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1-year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong work ethic and desire to excel, learn and keep growing over time.

**Bonus points for**:

- Broad experience base (i.e., pricing, HR, proposal development, capture, program management, etc.).
- 3+ years' experience supporting FEDSIM and IAC MAC proposals.
- Active Secret clearance - Top Secret preferred (SCI eligible).
- Experience in working with technical and management teams to assess requirements and convey into total proposal solution.
- Experience with working on solutions in an assisted acquisition environment, including FEDSIM.
- Ability to communicate multi-step and interdependent activities effectively to capture and proposal teams and ensure efficient execution of captured efforts.
