**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Infrastructure Strategy** : Develop and execute a comprehensive global infrastructure strategy aligned with Flowserve’s objectives and growth plans.
- **Team Leadership** : Lead and mentor a geographically dispersed team of infrastructure professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and professional development.
- **Infrastructure Design and Implementation** : Oversee the design, deployment, and optimization of scalable and resilient distributed and data center infrastructure solutions to support Flowserve’s evolving needs.
- **Cloud Infrastructure Management** : Drive the adoption and management of cloud infrastructure services, ensuring optimal performance, cost efficiency, and security.
- **Network Architecture** : Lead the design and standards for a robust network architecture to facilitate seamless connectivity across all locations, including data centers and sites, and data and voice.
- **Telephony Architecture** : Lead the design and maintenance of global telephony, voice architecture and telephony systems.
- **Security and Compliance** : Implement and enforce security best practices and compliance standards to safeguard the organization's infrastructure and data assets.
- **Vendor Management** : Collaborate with vendors and service providers to evaluate, select, negotiate, and manage infrastructure technologies and services while fostering partnership and vendor accountability.
- **Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity** : Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize the impact of potential disruptions.
- **Budgeting and Cost Management** : Develop and manage the infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- **Performance Monitoring and Optimization** : Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor infrastructure performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in infrastructure technologies, including servers, storage, WAN, LAN, and SDWAN networking, virtualization, cloud services, and telephony.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale infrastructure programs and initiatives in a global enterprise environment.
- Experience leading the design, architecture, and implementation of solutions leveraging Cisco and Meraki equipment, Microsoft Azure cloud services, Microsoft Teams Phone, and Zscaler.
- Experience leading infrastructure in a hybrid outsourced model.
- Experience leading infrastructure in a highly distributed global organization with thousands of employees located at hundreds of sites in countries across all four major geographic regions.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure security best practices, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
