**Salary**: $27-30 per hour
**Type**: Full-time, On-site

**Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Payable Processing**: Handle the full cycle of accounts payable, including invoice processing, vendor communication, and payment reconciliation.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**: Accurately input financial data into our accounting system and maintain organized records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- **Financial Analysis**: Assist in analyzing financial data, generating reports, and providing insights to support decision-making processes.
- **Month-End Close Activities**: Support month-end closing procedures, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- **Assist with Audits**: Prepare documentation and assist auditors during internal and external audits.
- **Ad Hoc Projects**: Collaborate with the accounting team on special projects and initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.**:

- **1-2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in accounts payable.**:

- **Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial analysis.**:

- **Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).**:

- **Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.**:

- **Willingness to learn and grow within the accounting profession.**
