We are looking for a highly motivated ABA graduate student (currently enrolled or who has completed their Masters) who has **full-time availability** for an **average of 35 hours per week (Monday-Fridays 8am-7pm). I**

The position would provide you with **Concentrated BCBA Fieldwork Hours**. Meaning, every 1 hour is counted as 1.33 hours due to high level of BCBA supervision. Needless to say, this position will have you in **direct contact with multiple BCBA's**, you will be provided with effective and thought-provoking supervision, and given tasks that will help improve your clinical judgement, your data analysis skills, and overall understanding of effective ABA programming.

You must meet the requirements below for this position. If selected for an interview, you will be given **various tests to demonstrate your skillset**:

- **Required**:Excellent Microsoft office skills for Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- **Required**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- **Required**:Multi-tasker, fast-learner, and initiator
- **Required**:Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Special Education, or Behavior Analysis or related field **OR **completed a portion of ABA coursework in master's program.
- **Required**: Minimum of 2 years of working with children with special needs (preference given to those working with children with autism) in home/community or clinic setting. **BII positions do not count** as part of the 2-years. Your 2-years must come from a home or clinic setting.

As the ABA Program Facilitator, your duties will involve **various tasks throughout the day. including indirect time and direct time. **Here is a brief summary of the job description:

- Assist with ABA Assessments, Progress Reports, and other Reporting Needs (graphing on excel, scoring assessments, etc.)
- Assist with Development of Skill Acquisition Goals and other goals in all domains for clients on time and as requested/needed
- Assist Senior Lead Behavior Technician (SLBT) to create, develop, and maximize opportunities throughout the day at our ABA-Based Preschool program
- Collect Inter-Observer Agreement (IOA) data when needed
- Understand and implement various ABA teaching methods
- Conduct ABA Therapy Sessions (you will have some sessions scheduled and/or asked to sub as needed)
- Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy: Use ABA techniques and practices to implement skill acquisition programs, Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), Parent or Teacher/Caregiver Training/Education/Goals and other programs as specified in the client’s programming and as directed by client’s supervisor.
- Summarize session strengths, areas of needs, and other requested data in Therapist Session Notes (TSN) or any other type of therapist notes required.
- **NOTE: This position does require restricted and unrestricted hours**

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
