The Hurtt Family Health Clinic is looking for full-time Patient Services Representatives to provide daily front office, insurance eligibility, and intake support services for Hurtt Family Health Clinic patients. This position is full-time with a schedule of Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and located on-site in Tustin/Santa Ana.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
- **High School Diploma** or equivalent
- **Bilingual**. Fluent in Spanish to English (medical terminology preferred)
- 6 months - 1 year of **medical front office experience** OR any combination of education and work experience to make an equivalency. Community Clinic setting experience is preferred but not required. Medical Assistant experience a plus
- Ability to receive instruction and multi-task while working in a **fast-paced environment**.
- Proficiency in data entry and computer programs in **Microsoft Windows and Office** (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer).
- A pleasant personality to people you are speaking to on the telephone, visitors, and company personnel.
- A positive, patient, and professional demeanor at all times to coworkers and patients and a dependable, self-motivated, and proactive team player
- Regular timely **attendance **on the job
The Hurtt Family Health Clinic is a local community health clinic organization that provides medical, dental, vision, chiropractic, acupuncture, and behavioral health services to low-income patients in Orange County, California.
Pay: $19.75 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
