Job Overview:
As the Project Manager, the incumbent will spearhead mortgage loan servicing transfers comprehensively. They will ensure a seamless and compliant transfer for internal and external stakeholders. A solid understanding of mortgage servicing, project oversight and regulatory compliance is essential for success in this role.

A Typical Day:
The **Project Manager** will prepare, coordinate, and manage servicing transfer project activities with management, internal business partners and external clients. As the **Project Manager**, you will manage and maintain the project rigor and assist in the facilitation of initiatives via planning, reporting, change management and expediting delivery of line of business projects.

The **Project Manager responsbilities **will include:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for each servicing transfer.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the transfer process, including internal departments, investors, borrowers, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure all servicing transfer activities adhere to regulatory requirements, investor guidelines, and company policies.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions during the transfer process.
- Proactively address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the transfer process
- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issue resolution.
- Monitor post-transfer activities to ensure a seamless transition and address any outstanding issues.
- Analyze transfer processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency gains.
- Participate in the analysis, design, training, testing, implementation and support of targeted solutions
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned

What You’ll Bring:

- Experience in mortgage loan servicing, with a focus on servicing transfers or project management.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Slides
- Familiar with Snowflake
- Financial Services and Mortgage industry experience preferred

**Compensation**:Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

- Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
- Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
- Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.

**Salary**: $65,000 - $100,000 Work Model: OFFICE
