**Job Summary**:
**SUMMARY**:Under the leadership of the Clinical Senior Director or designated supervisor, the CalAIM Community

Supports (CS) Program Manager is responsible for program operations and personnel. This position develops and

implements CS program services that provide quality of care and effective CalAIM Community Supports services to

individuals and families. The Program Manager collaborates with the Clinical Senior Director/Supervisor and CalAIM

Centralized Leadership Team to establish program budgets, and ensure that the programs operate within budgets,

operational workflow efficiency and quality improvement, outcome metrics, reporting and auditing requirements and

processes in compliance with CalAIM guidelines and policies. This position will build and supervise a staff team and

provide training and guidance to effectively provide quality services to under resourced individuals, families, and communities.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities include**:

- Ensures that delivery of program services are aligned with LSSSC's vision, mission, and values.
- Provides effective leadership of their team’s operations.
- Reviews and adheres to work scope for each program according to contract guidelines.
- Develops program work plan and standard operating procedures as appropriate.
- Provides their staff with ongoing supervision, support, and training.
- Manages crisis intervention responses and involves clinical staff as appropriate.
- Coordinates the recruitment, hiring, training, development, and evaluation of staff.
- Provides back-up of staff positions as needed.
- Collaborates and works in conjunction with Clinical Senior Director, CalAIM Regional Director, CalAIM Sr. Program

Managers, Program Managers, Sr. Housing Navigator, Outreach and Engagement Coordinator, Intake Specialist, as well as

Centralized Leadership Teams to implement all the programmatic goals, plan and service deliveries as well as fulfill compliance

and reporting.
- Engages internal and external partners and stakeholders in program development and enhancement activities.
- Oversees the case management and billing data entry process.
- Tracks program enrollments and activities, working with the CalAIM Centralized Leadership - Quality Assurance and Compliance Team to ensure accuracy for all billing data documentation and reporting.
- Work in collaboration with LSSSC CalAIM Enhanced Care Management (ECM) teams to manage and coordinate integrated CS-ECM management, care and support services navigation, accessibility, and linkages.
- Leads CS Case Management teams to utilize the Counties, Health Plans and Provider Database portals, i.e., HMIS, Coordinated Entry System/CES, Clinical Care Advance/CCA, and other associated portals for updated member contact information, SDOH relative data acquisition and support for service delivery strategy and related improvements.
- Supports and participates in program audits and conducts Quality Assurance and Utilization Reviews of program services. - Assists in program management and budgetary planning and reports as well as other related compliance reporting.
- Cultivates partnerships with local providers and/or funders to provide services for the community.
- Assures compliance with confidentiality and HIPAA Privacy Rules. - Supervises the ordering of supplies and equipment.
