Responsible for developing and enhancing the risk and control environment within the Consumer Banking businesses. Works with mínimal supervision. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management. Responsibilities
Analyzes risk and operations data. Interprets data for the purpose of supporting key business goals, such as risk environment monitoring and risk mitigation.
Works across departments to coordinate initiatives.
Supports management in preparing presentations and reports.
Assess processes for risk and control effectiveness. Supports the control design process and assess processes for any control gaps or enhancements needed to ensure effectiveness of controls. Minimum Qualifications
**At a minimum, here’s what we need from you**:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance
4+ years of experience in Audit, Risk, Operations
In lieu of education, must have 6+ years in Audit, Risk, Operations Preferred Qualifications

Lean, Six Sigma and/or demonstrated process improvement expertise.
**Compensation**: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
