- Sorting incoming mail and packages promptly and accurately.
- Distributing mail to the appropriate departments or individuals within the organization.
- Processing outgoing mail, including packaging, labeling, and scheduling pickups with postal carriers.
- Maintaining organized records of all incoming and outgoing mail.
- Managing and organizing mailroom supplies and equipment.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
