Portico has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced **MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** for one of our apartment communities in the **Mesa, AZ **area
- 1-3 years general maintenance experience
- EPA certification
- A customer-focused attitude and be a supportive team player
- The ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, major appliances, pool and spa equipment, and other systems in operation at the community

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
