We are looking for a clinically experienced nurse who has nursing documentation/charting skills and is a fast learner with great communication skills.

**Your Role in our Company Will Be**

**The LVN supports the Director of Nursing, Case Management and the nursing staff in the delivery of health care by performing patient care assessments, and a variety of medically related tasks. The LVN is a licensed nurse who works in an Home Care Setting to provide nursing services.**

**AVAILABILITY**:

- Our patients need care 7 days a week, although you have flexibility in your scheduling, we do ask that you are able to work at least two-three days each week (or ten productivity units), one weekend a month, and two holidays per year (one winter and one summer)

**Medical Specialty**:

- Current CA LVN License (required)
- BLS from the American Heart Association and/or the American Red Cross (required)
- NSO Nursing License Insurance (required)
- IV/Phlebotomy Certified (preferred)

**Work Location**:

- Area or city close to you, with a cluster of patients who need care for that day
