**Neighbors Choice Pantry Manager**

**Purpose**: Neighbors Choice Pantry Manager provides oversight to the implementation of all activities of the Neighbors Choice Pantry, Senior Pantry, USDA Commodity Pantry and Holiday Pantry.

**Relationships**: This is an at-will position. The Neighbors Choice Pantry Manager will work with the Executive Director and within established parameters and budgets to ensure that all programs of the pantry are efficiently managed and staffed by the necessary volunteers.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have management experience.
- College degree a plus.
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
- Food Safe certification a plus
- Bi-lingual a plus.

**Schedule**:This is a part-time position up to 32 hours/week. The Pantry Manager must be available during all open pantry hours. Some flexibility exists for non-pantry hours.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate all activity of the Neighbors Choice Pantry.
- Manage volunteer positions to cover all necessary pantry responsibilities.
- On-boarding of all volunteers.
- Facilitate regular volunteer training.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with pantry neighbors.
- Assure food handling guidelines according to Health Dept. standards.
- Pack and manage all neighbor food boxes.
- Oversite of weight, gleaning and stocking of all in-coming products.
- Coordinate all food pickups and deliveries.
- Oversee restocking of pantry, including coolers and freezers.
- Manage FIFO
- Oversite of general pantry maintenance, trash, floors, and kitchen.
- All other responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Director.

**Evaluation**: Performance reviews will be conducted annually near hire date by the Executive Director.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
